Yazan Barghouti, is a British educated lawyer whom is registered at the Law Society of England and Wales and the Jordanian Law Society. Yazan has considerable experience and is a respected figure in the field of corporate finance, M&A, private equity and funds. He has been ranked as a leading individual in the field of commercial, corporate and M&A in Jordan by Legal 500 and IFLR. Yazan leads the Commercial, Corporate & M&A Department at BKH.

Hazem Khirfan

Hazem Khirfan is educated both in Jordan and the United Kingdom and currently leads the Arbitration and Projects Department at BKH. Hazem has considerable experience in project finance, infrastructure projects and dispute resolution. Prior to joining the firm, he held several prominent legal positions at Ali Sharif Zu’bi Law Firm, Airport International Group, and the Arab Bank. Throughout his career, Hazem has acted for several international and nongovernmental organizations concerning both business transactions and disputes, including EBRD, USAID, and the International Finance Corporation (IFC).

Muayyad Hattar

Muayyad Hattar is educated in both Jordan and the United Kingdom. Muayyad, a well-known and respected litigator was the managing partner of Hattar Law Office, which is one of the leading litigation law firms in Jordan established as early as 1983. After the firm acquired Hattar Law Office, Muayyad was placed in charge and in lead of the Litigation Department at BKH.
